Michael Gallagher

Michael Gallagher is currently the SVP & Chief Accounting Officer at Camden Property Trust. Prior to that, they served as Controller at Aero Energy from June 2001 to June 2006. Aero Energy was a $3+ billion international power plant manufacturing and services company, and a division of General Electric's Energy portfolio, subsequently merged into other GE divisions. From March 2000 to June 2001, they were the Senior VP & Chief Financial Officer at WorldByNet, a startup international software infrastructure company. From July 1999 to February 2000, they served as the Chief Financial Officer at Equalnet Communications, a publicly-traded (NASDAQ) telecommunications company, served as part of the bankruptcy reorganization team. Prior to that, they were Manager at PricewaterhouseCoopers from September 1991 to July 1999.

Michael Gallagher's educational career includes receiving a MBA in Business from Texas A&M University, a BBA in Accounting from the University of Texas at Tyler, and a certification from the AICPA in Certified Information Technology Professional (CITP). Michael also has a certification from the Texas State Board of Public Accountancy in Certified Public Accountant (CPA) and a certification from the AICPA in Chartered Global Management Accountant.

They work with Bill Sengelmann - EVP, Real Estate Investments, Elizabeth Miller - VP, Facilities Management, and Josh Lebar - SVP & General Counsel. Their manager is Ric Campo, Chairman & CEO.
