Christopher Prychon

Project Superintendent at New Gold

Christopher Prychon, P.Eng., PMP has a diverse work experience spanning over a decade. Christopher recently joined New Gold Inc. as the Underground Infrastructure Project Lead in February 2020. Prior to that, they worked at CWA Engineers Inc. for almost nine years, starting in September 2011 and progressing to the role of Project Manager/Mechanical Engineer. During their time at CWA Engineers Inc., Christopher was involved in various bulk material handling multi-disciplinary projects, overseeing the entire project lifecycle. Christopher also had a brief stint at Kiewit in 2010 as an Estimator/Cost Engineer, where they worked on the South Fraser Perimeter Road and East Toba/Montrose Hydroelectric Run-of-the-River projects. Christopher kick-started their career in 2008 as a Technician at Valley Testing Services Ltd. through a co-op position.

Christopher Prychon, P.Eng., PMP obtained their Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering from The University of British Columbia between the years 2007 and 2011.
