Michael Beshore

Michael Beshore currently serves as Manager, Reclamation & Chief Hydrologist at Cameco Corporation, a position held since October 2011, where responsibilities include overseeing a team of geologists, engineers, and water quality specialists, focusing on the optimization of best practicable technologies for water resource treatment and waste disposal. Previously, Michael was the Chief Geologist at Cameco, managing a team dedicated to uranium ore deposit exploration and in-situ mining methodologies. Earlier experience includes serving as Senior Environmental Coordinator at Powertech (USA), Inc., where Michael designed environmental baseline characterization for uranium recovery projects and coordinated regulatory permitting. Michael holds a Master of Science in Hydrology and Water Resources Science from the University of Nebraska-Lincoln and a Bachelor of Science in Geology from Colorado State University.
