Charlene Henderson

Charlene Henderson has a strong background in the healthcare industry with a focus on sales and leadership. Charlene started their career at Pruitt Health Care as an Assistant Director of Nursing, where they supervised nursing staff and was responsible for patient care and satisfaction. Charlene then moved on to Amedisys Home Health & Hospice, where they initially worked as an Account Executive, excelling in marketing and sales. Charlene later became an Area Sales Manager, overseeing a team of Sales Representatives and promoting growth in the West Georgia Region. Currently, Charlene is the Regional Director of Business Development at Camellia Healthcare, where they lead a sales team in Georgia and Tennessee, focusing on increasing revenue and meeting customer needs through a consultative sales approach.
