Mark Freeriks

Mark Freeriks is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in strategy and mergers & acquisitions, currently holding the position of Group Strategy and M&A at Camellia Plc since January 2016. Prior to this role, Mark served as a Senior Executive in Transaction Advisory Services at EY from October 2010 to January 2016, where expertise in assessing business performance for private equity clients was developed. Earlier experience includes working at Deloitte as an Assistant Manager from October 2006 to July 2010, providing structured finance support and leading cross-border diligence projects, and as an Analyst in 2005, advising clients in the energy sector. Mark began career experience with an internship at Rabobank International in 2004. Academically, Mark holds an ACA from ICAEW, an MSc in Management from The London School of Economics and Political Science, a BA in Social Science from Utrecht University, and completed an exchange semester in Management and Economics at McGill University.
