Jim Ecklof

CFO at Camelot Community Care

Jim Ecklof has extensive experience in financial management and leadership roles. Jim served as the CFO for Camelot Community Care, a multi-state non-profit child welfare organization. In this role, they oversaw the fiscal operations of the company, including accounting, finance, payroll, and budgeting.

Prior to that, Jim served as the Controller for Tampa Family Health Centers, where they prepared monthly financial statements and monitored grants. Jim also worked as the CFO for Synergy LTC Partners, providing strategic financial management and growth strategies for long-term care organizations.

Jim's previous experience includes serving as the CFO for the Council on Aging of Florida, where they implemented financial systems and controls, restructured the corporate staff, and reduced overall debt. Jim Ecklof earned a Nonprofit Management Certificate in Graduate Studies in Business from the University of Tampa in 2016-2017. Jim also obtained a BBA in Management from the University of North Florida - College of Business Administration and an Associate's degree in Business Administration and Management, General from Bucks County Community College. Additionally, Jim completed The Landmark Forum and Advanced Graduate Course at Landmark. In 2002-2003, they participated in the Leadership Nassau Class and studied leadership.
