Lucia Montans Lorenzo earned a BA Hons in Psychology of Organisations from Universidad de Santiago de Compostela in 2007. Lucia later pursued a Masters in Human Resources Management at Universidade da Coruña in 2007-2008. In 2008-2009, Lucia obtained another Masters degree in Assessment and Prevention of Working Risks from the same institution. In 2012-2013, they completed a CIPD learning and development certification at CIPD.
