Paul Sanders has over 17 years of experience in the IT industry, starting in 2004 as a Field Support Engineer at PandA Computing. Paul then moved on to work as a Desktop Support Analyst at BlackBerry before joining salesforce.com in 2008 as a Lead Desktop Support. At salesforce.com, Paul gained extensive knowledge in technologies such as Exchange, Active Directory, Gmail, Windows OS, and mobile device management. In 2017, they transitioned to Camelot as a Desktop Support Team Lead.

Paul Sanders attended Heathside School but did not obtain any degrees or certifications until later in their career. In 2010, they achieved the Apple Certified Support Professional 10.6 certification, followed by the Apple Certified Support Professional 10.9 certification in 2014. In 2015, they became a Casper Certified Technician through JAMF Software. Additionally, they obtained an ITIL Foundation V2 certification from Global Knowledge UK at an unspecified time.
