Melanie Agrachov, MA, BCBA has a diverse work experience in various roles and industries. Melanie started their career in 2010 as a Leader in Training at the YMCA. Melanie then worked as a Cashier at Chipotle Mexican Grill and BJ's Wholesale Club, where they focused on providing excellent customer service. In 2014, they worked as a Barista at Joffrey's Coffee & Tea Company. In 2015, they took on multiple roles simultaneously, including being a Teaching Assistant at the University of Central Florida, an Intern at The AppleTree Connection, and a Behavior Therapy Intern at Santiago and Friends Family Center for Autism. Additionally, they worked as a Starbucks Barista at Kessler Collection, maintaining the standards of a licensed Starbucks store inside a highly rated hotel. In 2016, they became a Lead Registered Behavior Technician at Camen Behavioral Services, LLC and eventually transitioned to the role of Lead BCaBA. Prior to that, they completed their high school education at David Posnack Jewish Day School from 2008 to 2012.

Melanie further pursued their education at Rollins College, where they earned their Master of Arts (M.A.) degree in Applied Behavior Analysis and Clinical Science from 2016 to 2019.
