Valdir Araujo

Valdir Araujo has a strong background in various roles within different companies. Valdir started their career at Tupy as a Technical Apprentice in 2014. Valdir then moved on to BMW Group in 2015, where they completed an internship as a trainee until 2016. Following that, they joined Fórmula CEM as an Administrative Assistant from 2017 to 2019. During this time, they were actively involved in developing concept cars and participated in competitions organized by SAE Brasil. Currently, they work at Camerite as a Sales Development Representative (SDR), where they are responsible for lead management, scheduling meetings, conducting market research, and identifying new sales opportunities. Valdir collaborates closely with the marketing team to ensure the conversion of qualified leads into sales opportunities.

Valdir Araujo is currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Automotive Engineering at Universidade Federal de Santa Catarina, with an expected completion date in 2024. Before that, they obtained a technical degree in Mechanical Manufacturing from SENAI/SC - Serviço Nacional de Aprendizagem Industrial, completed in 2015. In addition to their formal education, Valdir has also acquired various certifications. In 2016, they completed a course on "Giving and Receiving Feedback" offered by SCHNEIDER & associados International Business Consultants. In the same year, they obtained a certification in "Value-based Production System - BMW Group" from Flexpert Training. In 2015, they achieved the certifications of "Technical Assistant in Mold Fabrication," "Technical Assistant in Machining," and "Technical Assistant in Mold Design" from SENAI/SC - Serviço Nacional de Aprendizagem Industrial. Furthermore, in 2012, they obtained a certification in "5S Kaizen" from Nova Motores. In 2022, Valdir also completed the Explorer | Full-Stack Web Developer Program from Rocketseat, specializing in Information Technology.
