Nelson Robles

Director Marine Operations at Cameron LNG

Nelson Robles has extensive work experience in marine operations and security. Nelson started their career at the Louisiana State Attorney General's Office in 1988 as a Special Agent, working in the Criminal Investigations Division. In 2007, they joined Cameron LNG, where they held various roles, including Marine Security Supervisor and Marine Operations Manager. Currently, they are serving as the Director of Marine Operations at Cameron LNG.

Nelson Robles has a diverse educational background in the field of homeland security, law enforcement, firefighting, and related protective services. Nelson attended Louisiana State University, where they pursued studies in this field. In 1988, they earned a certificate from the Southwest Louisiana Law Enforcement Training Academy. Nelson also has a certificate from the State of Louisiana for Peace Officer Standard Training (POST).

Furthermore, they attended Texas A&M University in 2008 to obtain a certificate from the LNG Fire School. Nelson is also a certified combat veteran, having received training from the U.S. Army School of Advanced Military Studies (SAMS) in military and strategic leadership, including ANOC, BNOC, and PLDC courses.
