Richard Kline

Richard Kline currently serves as the Control Systems Team Lead at Cameron LNG, responsible for overseeing all Control Systems activities at the LNG site since January 2025. Prior to this role, Richard worked at CVR Energy, Inc. as an Automation Manager from September 2018 to January 2025, managing a team of Process Control Engineers in an oil refinery. Richard's extensive experience at ExxonMobil from September 2001 to September 2018 included various leadership positions such as Refining & Supply Plant Automation Element Lead and Control Systems Support Team Lead, where responsibilities ranged from project deployment to global support for process control systems. Earlier career experience includes roles at Rohm and Haas as a Process Control Engineer/Supervisor, where Richard implemented significant upgrades to process control systems. Richard holds both a B.S. in Chemical Engineering and an M.S. in Computer Science from the University of South Alabama.
