Rachel Faulkner

Rachel Faulkner, MBA, BSB, RN, serves as chief quality officer for Cameron and brings over 18 years of healthcare experience. Rachel earned her MBA and bachelor’s degree in public policy and economics from Indiana University Fort Wayne. Before coming to Cameron, Rachel served in various healthcare quality leadership roles in Fort Wayne and Macon, Ga. Rachel’s passion for healthcare was ignited at a young age through encouragement from family members and local mentors.
