Deborah Saberi

Deborah Saberi currently serves as the Head of Culture and Engagement at CAMFED, beginning in May 2023, where a primary focus is amplifying employee voices to influence People and Culture strategies. Prior to this role, Deborah was the Global Head of Learning, Development and Wellbeing at MSI Reproductive Choices from September 2020 to June 2023, managing learning initiatives that support organizational and individual development. Deborah's experience also includes serving as Learning & Development Manager and International HR roles at Marie Stopes International, along with HR positions at British Red Cross and REDR UK. Deborah holds a PG Cert in Business and Personal Coaching from Barefoot Coaching Ltd, a Chartered CIPD qualification in Human Resources Management from BPP Law School, and a BSc in Human Geography from Reading University.
