Drew Marshall

Drew Marshall is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in quality management and engineering across various industries. Currently serving as the Director of EHS and Quality at Camfil USA since August 2020, Drew leads the development and implementation of a comprehensive Quality Management System aligned with ISO9001, NQA-1, and cGMP standards. In addition, Drew is the Founder and Chairman of North Compass, which specializes in automating quality through learning and consulting services. Previous roles include Director of Engineering at Camfil Farr, Owner/Lean Consultant at Leaders In Lean, and Quality Manager at Carrier Corporation, where Drew significantly improved quality systems and led various lean initiatives. With educational credentials including an MBA from Texas A&M University and a Master Black Belt certification from Villanova University, Drew demonstrates a strong commitment to excellence and process improvement.
