Jag Randhawa, CPA, has a diverse work experience spanning several industries and roles. Jag began their career as an Electronics Engineer at PUNCOM, where they worked on telecom equipment manufacturing and software development. Jag then moved on to Misha Consulting Group as a Software Developer before joining Synergy Business Solutions as an IT Consultant, where they worked on software architecture, development, and process automation for various clients.

In 2003, Randhawa joined CAMICO Mutual Insurance as the Vice President of Information Technology, where they were responsible for creating operational efficiencies, improving service, and building new business capabilities. Jag also played a key role in enterprise innovation management, digital transformation, and disaster recovery planning.
