Karla Prieto

Karla Prieto is a seasoned human resources professional with extensive experience across various organizations in Latin America. Currently serving as a member of HR Leaders LATAM since July 2025 and as HR Manager for Mexico and LATAM at Camino Financial since November 2023, Karla has previously held key roles such as Head of People at Volindo, where responsibilities included designing and managing the People department. Notably, at Canasta Rosa, Karla was instrumental in obtaining the Great Place to Work certification and developing staff strategies to enhance organizational performance. With a solid foundation from a degree in Business Administration from Tecnológico de Monterrey, Karla has effectively contributed to human resources functions across companies including Grupo Rotoplas, Cheil Worldwide, TV Azteca, and Ford Motor Company.
