Dana Rainford has extensive experience in human resources, particularly in leadership positions. From 2005 to 2014, Rainford worked as the Vice President of Human Resources at Citi, where they focused on human capital planning and strategic initiatives. In 2015, Rainford joined Allstate as a Compensation Manager, responsible for managing client relationships and delivering compensation initiatives. From 2016 to 2021, Rainford served as the Head of Human Resources at Westwood Financial, overseeing various HR functions and operations. Currently, Rainford holds the position of Vice President of People & Talent at Camino Financial as of June 2022.
Dana Rainford completed a Bachelor's Degree in HR Management from Columbia College from 2001 to 2006.
