Brianna Driscoll is an experienced professional with a diverse background in customer service, training, and research. Currently serving as a Product Specialist and Quality and Training Lead at Camis Inc since May 2016, Brianna trains agents on software and call techniques while implementing employee incentive programs. Prior experience includes working as a Reservation Agent, where Brianna mastered policies across multiple Canadian park systems, and as a Seasonal Tea Guide at DAVIDsTEA. Additionally, Brianna contributed as an Undergraduate Research Assistant at the University of Guelph, supporting course development and co-authoring research papers. Earlier roles include delivering excellent customer service as a Customer Experience Representative at Indigo. Brianna holds a Bachelor of Arts in Anthropology and English from the University of Guelph, completed in 2014.
