Nuala McDonald PCC, FCIPD, LL.B has a diverse work experience spanning over two decades. Prior to this role, Nuala worked as an Associate at Mustang Leadership and as the Chief Human Resources Officer at Glen Dimplex Heating & Ventilation, where they played a crucial role in the development and manufacture of sustainable heating and ventilation products. Nuala also held the position of HR Manager & Company Secretary at Howden UK, where they led and managed strategic HR initiatives. Nuala has experience as a General Manager in a private SME, and they started their career as an HR Executive at The Law Society of Northern Ireland, where they developed and implemented HR policies and procedures. Nuala McDonald PCC, FCIPD, LL.B completed their LLB in Law at Queen's University Belfast from 1993 to 1996. Nuala then pursued their Masters in European Business with French at Ulster University from 1997 to 1999. In 1998 to 2000, they obtained a Post Graduate Diploma in Human Resource Management from Ulster University. Nuala has additional certifications such as Chartered Fellow (FCIPD) from CIPD in 2012, NLP Coach, Master Practitioner Neuro-Linguistic Programming, Practitioner Neuro-Linguistic Programming from International Teaching Seminars in 2010 and 2009 respectively, NEBOSH Certificate from NEBOSH in 1999, and most recently, in February 2020, they became a Professional Certified Coach (PCC) from the International Coach Federation.
