Leah Paff has a diverse work experience history, beginning in 1999 as the Global Director of Interior Textiles at The Woolmark Company. Leah later took on roles such as Creative Director at Waverley Woollen Mills, Sessional Lecturer at RMIT University, and Innovation and Industry Engagement Manager at AMCRC. In 2015, they co-founded The Lemonade Traders Pty Ltd. More recently, Leah has held positions at Swinburne University of Technology as a Project Manager and at the Victorian Curriculum and Assessment Authority as a Culture and Leadership Manager. Currently, Leah is the Head of Culture & Capability at Camp Australia, with prior roles as Head of Employee Experience and Communications and Employee Engagement Manager within the same organization. Additionally, Leah has operated their own consulting firm, specializing in stakeholder engagement, communication, and branding projects for various clients.
Leah Paff obtained a Bachelor of Applied Science in Apparel and Textile Marketing Management from UNSW between 1990 and 1994.
