Samantha O’Brien

Samantha O. is a dedicated professional with experience in medical assistance and risk management. Currently serving as a Risk Management Officer for the Virginia Tech Women's Club Soccer since August 2020, Samantha ensures the safety of club members and holds certifications in CPR, AED, and First Aid. Previous roles include Medical Assistant at the Virginia Spine Institute and RENEWAL DERMATOLOGY, where responsibilities involved patient preparation, assisting in medical procedures, and managing communication regarding prescriptions. Early experience at PRESTONS PHARMACY focused on COVID-19 testing support and training new team members. Samantha earned a Bachelor's degree in Human Nutrition, Foods and Exercise from Virginia Tech in May 2023, having completed high school at Oakton High School between 2015 and 2019.
