Jailen Pierre

As a Development Coordinator, Jailen Pierre assists in the management of events, fundraising, and the acquisition and oversight of partnerships. As an alumni of Camp Harbor View, Jailen considers himself a product of the organization. After spending four years as a camper, three years as an LIT, and a year serving as a member of the summer program staff, he was drawn to return to the place responsible for molding him into the person and professional he has become.

He has experience working at other nonprofits including the Haiti Renewal Alliance and in event design and production with Tyger Productions.

Jailen graduated from Denison University with a Bachelor of Arts in communications, with a minor in Spanish. In college, he was a four-year varsity football player and a two-time conference champion.
