Joanly Ayala

Joanly Ayala is the coordinator for the Leader in Training Program 10th grade cohort.

Previously, Joanly held a position as a fifth grade teacher. She is excited to continue her passion for mentoring, with a focus on empowering young girls. In her free time, Joanly enjoys walking her dog, Reese, arts and crafts, and spending time with her family. A fun fact about Joanly is that she is currently a titleholder in the Miss America Organization.

She received a Bachelor of Arts degree in Education from Bridgewater State University and is working towards her masters.
