Morgan Stephens

Morgan Stephens is an experienced professional currently serving as the Sr. Program Director at Camp Sea Gull and Camp Seafarer since February 2021. Prior roles include Human Resources Generalist at YMCA of the Triangle, Events Manager and Support Specialist at Hill Learning Center, and Business Development Manager at both Ajilon and Accounting Principals. Additionally, Morgan has extensive experience in program leadership from previous work as Program Director for Y Guides at YMCA of the Triangle and as a Summer Executive Team Leader for the Powerboating Program at Camp Sea Gull and Camp Seafarer. Morgan holds a Bachelor of Arts in Communication Studies and French from Furman University, completed in 2015, and attended Saint James School in Hagerstown, MD.
