Bob Sotack

Senior Vice President, Aircraft Health Management Services at CAMP Systems International

Bob Sotack has a strong work experience in the aviation industry. From 2017 onwards, they worked at CAMP Systems International, Inc. as the Senior Vice President of Aircraft Health Management Services. Prior to that, they served as the Vice President of Engine Health Monitoring Services.

Before joining CAMP Systems, Bob worked at GE Aviation from 2006 to 2016. During their time there, they held various roles, including Program Operations Manager and Sourcing Leader. Bob also served as a Strategic Customer Program Manager, where they managed long-term services contracts and represented the company in business, commercial, and technical discussions. Additionally, Bob was a LEAN Six Sigma Black Belt, responsible for implementing process improvement methodologies.

Prior to GE Aviation, Bob worked at GE Energy as a Commercial Manager and Marketing Manager. Bob conducted Six Sigma analysis and developed pricing strategies for gas turbine inspection and repair services in North America.

Bob began their professional career in the US Navy, serving as a Naval Aviator from 1995 to 2004.

Bob Sotack holds a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Aerospace Engineering, which they obtained from the University of Maryland between 1988 and 1992. Bob later pursued a Master of Science (MS) degree in Mechanical Engineering at The George Washington University from 1993 to 1995.
