Donnie Kicklighter

Donnie Kicklighter is an experienced professional with expertise in maintenance management and safety compliance within the aerospace industry. Currently serving as a Service Center Supervisor for Paint Operations at Gulfstream Aerospace since December 2005, Donnie has also held roles including Environmental Health & Safety Coordinator and Corporate Training Compliance Specialist, providing support for regulatory reporting and standardized training practices. Previously, Donnie served in the U.S. Navy, where responsibilities included Instructor/Master Training Specialist and Aviation Maintenance Manager, overseeing maintenance operations for carrier-based aircraft. Donnie holds a Bachelor's degree in Occupational Safety and Health from Columbia Southern University and an Associate of Science in Professional Aeronautics from Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University.
