Steve Bilodeau

Steve Bilodeau is a seasoned Systems Administrator at CAMP Systems International, Inc. since February 2022 and has extensive experience in operations management at IBM, where Steve has served as the SaaS Operations Center Team Lead and Data Center Manager since January 2010. In this role, Steve oversees daily operations of the data center, manages SOC technicians, and ensures compliance with safety standards. Prior to IBM, Steve worked at Samsung Austin Semiconductor as an IT Support Desk and Simax Service Desk Technician, providing critical IT support to a large customer base. Steve holds a Bachelor of Arts in Computer Science from Hawaii Pacific University and an Associate of Arts in Liberal Arts and Sciences from the University of Maine at Augusta.
