Haley Smoot currently serves as the Associate Director of Federal Government Relations at the Campaign for Tobacco-Free Kids since March 2024. Haley Smoot holds an MSc in Global Health Policy and an MSc in Material and Visual Cultures of the Past from The University of Edinburgh, along with a BA in History from Rhodes College.
