VP, Development & Strategic Alliances at Campaign for Tobacco-Free Kids

Kimberly Amazeen is the Vice President of Development and Strategic Alliances at Campaign for Tobacco-Free Kids. Kimberly has dedicated their career to fighting for public health policy initiatives, most notably tobacco control, air quality and climate change, active transportation, and healthy growth and sustainable communities.

Kimberly started their career at the American Lung Association in California in 2005 as the Vice President of Programs and Advocacy. In this role, they were responsible for developing and overseeing all program and advocacy department goals and budgets. Kimberly also led the statewide government relations team, legislative advocacy, and grassroots advocacy efforts. In 2015, Kimberly became the Vice President of Public Policy & Advocacy where they continued their work fighting for public health policy initiatives.

In their current role at Campaign for Tobacco-Free Kids, Kimberly is responsible for a comprehensive portfolio of program and public policy initiatives that includes tobacco control, air quality and climate change, active transportation, healthy growth and sustainable communities as well as efforts to proactively address lung diseases such as asthma, COPD and lung cancer in diverse populations and communities throughout California.

Kimberly has been a leader in the fight for public health policy initiatives for over 15 years. Kimberly is a passionate advocate for tobacco control, air quality and climate change, active transportation, and healthy growth and sustainable communities.

Kimberly Amazeen graduated with a Bachelor's Degree in Psychology from California Polytechnic State University-San Luis Obispo.
