Elda Sahin

Elda Sahin currently serves as the Global Head of Manufacturing & Engineering at Campari Group since November 2023. Previously, Elda held the role of VP Global Engineering and Technology at Arla Foods from April 2021 to November 2023. Prior to that, Elda was the VP Regional Head of Manufacturing Performance for AmSSA and Western Europe at British American Tobacco, focusing on improving manufacturing KPIs across multiple factories and overseeing substantial CAPEX budgets and project execution. Elda's earlier career includes significant roles in procurement management at PepsiCo, where responsibilities spanned sourcing strategy for flavors, seasonings, and dairy ingredients, along with contract manufacturing management. Elda began the professional journey at Danone, with roles advancing from project manager to Global Engineering-New Technologies Manager. Elda holds a Bachelor of Science in Food Engineering from Middle East Technical University.
