Fabio Barraco

Fabio Barraco is a seasoned HR professional with extensive experience in compensation and benefits management. Currently serving as Head of Executive Compensation and Senior Reward Partner for Group Functions at Campari Group since March 2017, Fabio has spearheaded significant HR transformations and strengthened the Reward Function. Previously, Fabio held the position of Global Reward Manager, responsible for global Reward and Mobility initiatives. Prior experiences include serving as Group Compensation & Benefits Coordinator and HR Business Partner at Valagro Group and Compensation & Benefits Specialist at Novartis Vaccines and Diagnostics. Fabio's early career included roles in HR Generalist positions and an internship at Chiron Corporation. Fabio holds a Master’s degree in HR Management from Università degli Studi di Firenze and an MS in Political Science with a focus on Economics from Università di Siena.
