José Correas

José Correas possesses extensive experience in human resources, currently serving as the Regional HR Senior Director for the Americas at Campari Group, a position held since November 2016. Throughout the tenure at Campari Group, José has progressed through various roles, including Regional HR Director and HR Manager for Argentina and Brazil, focusing on talent, culture, learning, and diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI). Prior experience includes HR leadership roles at Ball Corporation as HR Head for Talent, Learning, Organizational Development, and Communications, and positions at BASF and Citi, where the emphasis was on talent acquisition, learning, and organizational development. José holds a degree in Business Administration with a focus on Economics from the University of Buenos Aires, completed between 1999 and 2004.
