Maria Enza Panariello

Maria Enza Panariello is an experienced quality and research & development professional with a strong background in the food industry. Currently serving as Quality Manager EMEA at Campari Group since September 2021, Maria previously held the position of R&D Manager for Chocolate and Compounds at Unigrà from June 2019 to August 2021. During a long tenure at Unilever from January 2008 to June 2019, Maria progressed through various roles, including Global R&D Manager for the Global Dessert platform and Magnum brand, where key contributions included managing cross-functional teams and leading technical projects on product launches. Maria holds a degree in Scienze e tecnologie alimentari from Università degli Studi di Napoli Federico II, graduating with honors in 2006.
