Maurizio Ferri has a diverse and extensive work experience spanning multiple industries. Maurizio started their career at Unilever, where they held various finance and controlling roles, including Customer Development Controller and Planning and Reporting Assistant. Maurizio then joined Vodafone as a CRM Controller before moving on to Danone, where they worked as a Business Controller and later as the Babyfoods Business Controller. Ferri then joined Astrazeneca as the Primary Care Division Business and Administrative Controller, where they were responsible for controlling and planning for the division and implementing business partnering at the company level. Their most recent role was at Campari Group, where they served as the Data Reporting and Analytics Director, Learning Lead for Finance and GBS functions, and the Global Strategic Marketing and BrandHouse Finance Director. In this role, they were responsible for defining the data reporting and analytics roadmap, creating a data culture, and supporting decision-making through data, as well as overseeing the learning agenda and training for the finance and GBS functions. Ferri has a strong background in finance, controlling, planning, and business partnering.
Maurizio Ferri completed their undergraduate degree in Economics with honors (110 Lode) from Università Cattolica del Sacro Cuore between 1998 and 2002. Additionally, they pursued a short-term study in Economics and Planning at G.Reiss Romoli in 2001.
