Kathy Brocato

Kathy Brocato is an experienced Senior Human Resources Manager at Campbell and Company since September 1998, where responsibilities include partnering with the Director of Human Resources to develop policies and procedures related to talent management, performance management, compensation, benefits, and organizational development, along with overseeing human resource systems administration.
