Ashley Murray

Ashley Murray has a diverse work experience in the field of Human Resources. Ashley is currently working as the Human Resources Director at Campbell County Fiscal Court since February 2022. Prior to this role, they worked as the Human Resources Manager at the same company from April 2021 to February 2022. Ashley also worked as a Payroll & Benefit Analyst at Campbell County Fiscal Court from February 2021 to April 2021.

Before joining the Campbell County Fiscal Court, Ashley worked at Kenton County School District. Ashley held the position of Payroll/Benefits Supervisor from July 2020 to February 2021 and a Payroll/Benefits Specialist from August 2019 to July 2020.

Prior to their work at Kenton County School District, Ashley was a Human Resources Specialist at Campbell County Fiscal Court from November 2016 to August 2019. Additionally, they worked as an HR Analyst/Implementation Lead at Altaquip from July 2015 to November 2016 and as a Human Resources Specialist at RWI Logistics, LLC from September 2014 to June 2015.

Ashley started their career at Procter & Gamble, where they worked as a Diversity Recruiting & CMK Admin from August 2012 to December 2013. Ashley also gained experience in customer service as a Senior Customer Service Representative at Fifth Third Bank from July 2006 to November 2008.

Ashley Murray, SHRM-CP, holds a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Integrative Studies (BAIS), with a focus on Human Resources Management, Organizational Leadership, and Public Service, from Northern Kentucky University. Prior to that, they obtained an Associate of Applied Business degree in Business Management from Cincinnati State Technical and Community College. In addition to their education, Ashley holds certifications as a SHRM-Certified Professional (SHRM-CP) from the SHRM institution and as an Associate Professional in Human Resources™ (aPHR™) from the HR Certification Institute - HRCI.
