Erinn Larkin, SHRM-SCP has a diverse and extensive work experience in human resources and people operations. Erinn most recently worked at Century Arms as the Director of Human Resources since February 2023. Prior to that, they held roles such as Human Resources Manager at Century Arms from February 2022 to February 2023, People Operations Manager at Princeton Mortgage from March 2021 to February 2022, and Human Resources Manager at Crescent Homes from May 2020 to March 2021. Erinn Larkin, SHRM-SCP, has a strong educational background in public administration and human resources management. Beginning in 2007, Erinn attended Keuka College, where they earned their Bachelor of Arts degree in Organizational Communication and English in 2011.

Continuing their education, from 2012 to 2014, Erinn attended West Chester University of Pennsylvania, where they obtained a Master of Public Administration (M.P.A.) degree, specializing in Public Administration. During the same period, they also earned a Master's Certificate in Human Resources Management from the same institution.

Erinn's dedication to furthering their expertise in the field led their to pursue a Doctor of Public Administration (D.P.A.) degree from West Chester University of Pennsylvania, which they have been working towards from 2015 to the present.

Additionally, Erinn holds the prestigious SHRM - Senior Certified Professional (SHRM-SCP) certification, which they obtained in January 2021 from the Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM). This certification showcases their knowledge and expertise in the field of human resources management.
