Jose Sebastião Silva

Jose Sebastião Silva has a solid work history starting in 1997 as a Senior Auditor at Arthur Andersen. Jose Sebastião then moved on to roles such as Senior Internal Auditor and Projects & Contracts Manager at Klabin S.A. In 2011, they joined CMA CGM as the FP&A and Cost Control Manager, where they handled various responsibilities and reported directly to the headquarters. Jose Sebastião worked as an Independent Consultant at Estre Ambiental and RGP before becoming an Accounting Manager at Aon in 2018. Jose's most recent role is at Visteon Corporation, where they held positions such as Finance Accounting Manager, Plant Controller, and Financial Controller. Currently, they are the Head of Finance and Accounting at Campbell Scientific, Inc. starting from January 2023.

Jose Sebastião Silva has a strong educational background in accounting, finance, and risk management. Jose Sebastião holds a Master's degree in Accounting and Finance from FACULDADE FIPECAFI - Fundação Instituto de Pesquisas Contábeis, Atuariais e Financeiras, which they obtained from 2021 to 2022.

In 2017, Jose completed a Specialist program in Enterprise Risk Management at Porto Business School. The following year, in 2016, they pursued a specialization in Compliance at Insper Instituto de Ensino e Pesquisa.

Earlier in their career, Jose earned an MBA in Finance, Communication, and Investors Relations from USP - Universidade de São Paulo, where they studied from 2004 to 2005. Jose Sebastião began their educational journey by completing their undergraduate degree in Accountancy from Universidade Presbiteriana Mackenzie, where they graduated in 2002.

Alongside their formal education, Jose also holds a certification from Conselho Regional de Contabilidade do Estado de São Paulo (CRCSP) - Oficial, which they obtained in December 2002.
