Kelley Grady

Kelley Grady is a highly experienced legal professional currently serving as Senior Vice President and Deputy General Counsel at Campbell's since September 2023. Previously, Kelley held the position of Vice President and Deputy General Counsel at Campbell Soup Company from December 2016 to September 2023, overseeing litigation, labor and employment, government affairs, and corporate compliance. Prior to this, Kelley was Vice President, Associate General Counsel, and Head of Litigation at Lincoln Financial Group and served as Senior Vice President and Head of Enterprise Litigation at Ballard Spahr LLP. Kelley's legal career began as a Partner at Ballard Spahr LLP, specializing in commercial and product liability/pharmaceutical litigation. Kelley obtained a Doctor of Law (JD) from Duke University School of Law and a Bachelor of Arts in English from La Salle University.
