Yifan Zou

Erica Zou is a Tax Associate at CTW, starting August 2023, where responsibilities include providing operational and technical accounting expertise to ensure compliance with GAAP and company regulations. Previously, in March to July 2022, Erica worked in Strategic Consulting at Accenture Southeast Asia, conducting industry research on technology companies and the Chinese XR market. Prior experience includes serving as an Operation Associate at Ark Technology, where user demands were analyzed, and product accessibility improved. As a Co-founder of La Reina Design from March 2018 to August 2020, Erica collaborated on product and material selection and managed store operations. Other roles include a Teacher Assistant at New Oriental Education & Technology Group and a Ceremonial Reception at the China International Health Products Exhibition. Erica holds a Master's degree in Accounting from the University of California, Davis, a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from Rutgers Business School, and a certificate from The University of Cambridge.
