Kelly Cleaver

Kelly Cleaver is an experienced professional in personnel management and recruitment within the marine and transportation industries. Currently serving as Crewing Manager at Campbell Transportation Company, Inc. since May 2023, Kelly has previously held positions including Recruiting Manager at Kirby from June 2018 to May 2023, and Personnel Logistics Manager at Higman Marine Services from March 2007 to June 2018. Kelly began a career in customer service at Era Helicopters LLC from January 2006 to March 2007. Kelly obtained a Bachelor’s Degree in Marine Biology from Texas A&M University Galveston Campus, completing studies from 2001 to 2005.
