Vibhavari Bali

Vibhavari Bali has been working in the human resources field for over 10 years. Vibhavari started their career at SNEHA (Society for Nutrition, Education and Health Action) in December 2016 as an Associate Director of HR & Admin. In this role, they were responsible for leading the HR & Admin division and overseeing the engagement and communication strategy, organization development, and talent management for the organization.

In October 2020, they transitioned to Campbell Shipping Company Ltd as the Director of Human Capital. In this role, they are responsible for overseeing the human resources department and implementing policies and procedures. Vibhavari has also been instrumental in strategizing and starting up the first 24*7, 365 days One Stop Crises Center for women in Mumbai.

Vibhavari Bali has a MA In Clinical Psychology from Indira Gandhi National Open University, a Post Graduate Diploma in Counselling from Tata Institute of Social Sciences, an MBA in Human Resources Management/Personnel Administration, General from Institute of Business Management and Research, a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from Jai Hind College, Bombay University, and an SSC from St. Mary's High School. Vibhavari also has an Advanced Diploma in Counselling from Don Bosco School and certification from the International Board of Certification (ITAA) in Transactional Analysis 101 and the India and International Professional Association of Neuro-Linguistic Programming in Certified Agent of Change - NLP Practitioner.
