Karen joined CMH in April 2021 after having spent more than 25 years working for VON Canada. In her time at CMH, Karen has developed a Talent Management Plan focused on the recruitment and retention of top talent, created a new onboarding process to ensure clinical and non-clinical staff are trained as quickly as possible, and has been instrumental in recruiting and retaining health human resources during an ongoing nationwide shortage.
