Rush Sherman

Rush Sherman currently serves as the Vice President for Finance and Operations and Chief Financial Officer at Campbellsville University since September 2024. Prior to this position, Rush held the role of Chief Financial Officer at Georgetown College from April 2022 to September 2024 and at Spalding University from November 2015 to April 2022, overseeing financial oversight and accounting functions. Rush's extensive experience also includes a significant tenure at ResCare, Inc. as Senior Director of Financial Planning & Technology (2000 to November 2015) and as a Financial Analyst at Humana (1998-2000). Earlier career roles involved financial analysis at Almost Family, Inc. and community education coordination at Baptist Hospital East. Rush holds a Doctor of Education in Educational Leadership and Administration from Spalding University, an MBA in Finance from Bellarmine University, and a Bachelor of Science in Health Administration from Bellarmine University.
