Vanessa Storck is an experienced HR professional specializing in crew management within the maritime industry. Currently serving as HR Crew Manager at Camper & Nicholsons since February 2019, Vanessa previously held key HR roles at Vships/Silversea Cruises from August 2008 to February 2019, including HR Manager for the Crew Department, where responsibilities encompassed overseeing over 300 crew members' rotations and developing HR strategies. Earlier positions include HR Coordinator at Silversea Cruises and Assistant HR Manager at V.Ships Leisure. Vanessa's career began with a Marketing Event Internship at Monaco Media International. Vanessa holds a Master's degree in Marketing from IAE Nice (Graduate School of Management).
