Ashley Lubas

Ashley Lubas is an emerging professional in education and talent acquisition with extensive experience in various leadership roles. Currently serving as a FIGS Peer Instructor at Career Exploration and Success at Rutgers University–New Brunswick, Ashley develops lesson plans focused on personal wellness, diversity, and academic success. As the Director of Sisterhood for Zeta Tau Alpha Fraternity, Ashley manages chapter programming and fosters strong sisterhood bonds. Additional roles include Talent Acquisition Intern at Eos Energy Enterprises, Inc., Human Resources Intern at Owens Corning, and supervisory positions in educational settings. Ashley Lubas is pursuing a Bachelor of Arts in English Language and Literature at Rutgers University.
