Mark Lewis

Mark Lewis is an experienced IT professional with a diverse background in technical support and maintenance. Currently serving as an NOC Technician I at Cook Security Group since August 2017, Mark specializes in ITM support and technologies, including Adobe and Vidyo, while also working as a 1st Line technician for ATMs and ITMs. Prior roles include Deskside Support Technician at SunEdison, Property Maintenance Technician at David Nase Property Management, and Executive Support Services Technician at Intel Corporation, where Mark provided IT support to executives. Earlier experience includes customer support roles at CA and Mail Boxes Etc., Inc., where Mark advanced from intern to Systems Support Supervisor. Mark holds some college education in Computer Sciences from Grossmont College and a high school diploma from Madras High School.
