Caulette Campbell McIppdip

Caulette Campbell MCIPPdip is an experienced payroll and pensions manager currently overseeing the payroll function for nine communities at Camphill Village Trust while also managing the implementation of new payroll software. Since beginning involvement in the sector, Caulette has held various positions including Group Payroll Supervisor at Danshell and Castlebeck Care, as well as Payroll Supervisor at HC-One. In addition to payroll expertise, Caulette is a proprietor, instructor, and performer at Pole & Plumes, a pole fitness and burlesque school that promotes empowerment and education in dance. Current volunteer activities include participation with the Darlington & District West Indian Association and cabaret performances at Mission Mars. Education credentials include a Diploma in Payroll Management from the Chartered Institute of Payroll Professionals and earlier schooling at Scarborough College Independent School.
