Kat Collins

Kat Collins has over two decades of experience in various roles within the arts and social care sectors. Currently serving as Regional Day Opportunities Manager and Community Development Lead at Camphill Village Trust since October 2017, Collins previously held the position of Day Opportunities Manager from May 2021 to May 2023 and Delrow Day Ops Manager in Hertfordshire. Prior to this, Collins was a Service Manager at Mencap, overseeing learning disability services in Buckinghamshire from July 2013 to October 2017. Earlier career highlights include owning Kat Collins Casting and working as a Casting Director for the BBC, as well as serving as a Repertory Stage Manager at several regional theatres.
